This is the privacy policy of Pet the label. We respect your privacy and are determined to protect your personal data. The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from). We will also inform you about your privacy rights and how these rights are protected by the law regarding data protection.

What data we process 

Personal data means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. You can find out more about personal data from the competent privacy authority. 


We may collect, use, store and transfer various kinds of personal data about you in order to fulfill our obligations under the contract. These personal data includes: your name, your delivery address, your e-mail address, your telephone number and your bank account details. This includes personal data you provide when you purchase products, create an account for our website and subscribe to our mailing list. 


Who we share your data with 

This website may include third-party advertising and links to other websites. We do not provide any personally identifiable personal data from customers to these advertisers or third-party websites. These third-party websites and advertisers, or internet advertising companies working on their behalf, can use technology to send the advertisement that appear on the website directly to your browser. They may automatically receive your IP-address when this happens. They may also use cookies, JavaScript and other technologies to measure the effectiveness of theirs ads and to personalize advertising content. We do not have access to or control over cookies or other features that they may use, and the information practices of these advertisers and third-party websites are not covered by this privacy policy. We exclude all liability for loss that you may incur when using these third-party websites. 


International transfers 

We do not transfer your personal Datta outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

We have put in place appropriate measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limited access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. 


We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

What we may need from you

Time limit to respond 

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within 1 month. Occasionally, it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
